Operations Specialist I – Night Shift

• Monitor autonomous robots using remote assistance tools and dashboards • Follow step-by-step procedures to support standard operational scenarios • Escalate technical or operational issues to shift leads or senior operators • Accurately document observations, incidents, and actions taken • Follow safety protocols and communication guidelines at all times • Learn and adapt to new tools, workflows, and process updates

Job Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma, GED, or local equivalent.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license
  • Language & Communication: Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher, written and spoken) for effective communication and documentation.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and comfort using web-based tools.
  • Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes.
  • Safety & Public Interaction: Ability to remain calm and professional in live operational environments.
  • Work Environment: Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
