We are looking for a Middle/Senior Full Stack Developer to join our distributed team and help build a next-generation e-commerce fulfillment platform. This role offers remote flexibility with the option to work from Kraków, Poland. You will contribute to the development of a next-generation e-commerce fulfillment platform designed to automate and optimize order processing, inventory management, and delivery tracking. The solution leverages modern web technologies and AI-assisted development tools to ensure scalability and efficiency. • Assist in the establishment, management, and growth of a new branch office with division and regional support • Help recruit, build, and manage a team of technical staff to support office operations and project execution • Assist with the development and implementation of strategies for recruiting new clients, leveraging existing relationships and expanding business opportunities supporting the development of small to large design projects from inception to completion • Lead project management efforts for Site Assessments & Remediation, Emergency Response, Natural Resources, EHS & compliance, Permitting, Planning & Management or Reporting Assurance Services. • Supporting the work of others and mentoring junior-level engineers & design/drafting technical staff. • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving • Participate in internal and external technical organizations

• Build zero-to-one AI product experiences from early concept through prototype, validation, and productionization. • Work with users, product managers, designers, researchers, engineers, and customer-facing teams to identify high-impact opportunities. • Translate ambiguous customer needs and product ideas into clear workflows, interfaces, and technical designs. • Build and improve AI agent development, testing, evaluation, monitoring, and optimization workflows. • Use product data, user feedback, and evaluation results to understand what is working and what needs to improve. • Create clear demos, product notes, technical docs, and recommendations that help teams align and move faster. • Help define the product and technical bar for AI-native experiences at Cresta.

• Design, build, and maintain high-quality features across the Fullstack stack, from UI to API integration • Write clean, well-tested, production-ready code and actively participate in code reviews • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and Backend teams to deliver cohesive, user-centric features • Contribute to technical decisions around architecture, tooling, and best practices within the team • Take ownership of features end to end, from planning through deployment and monitoring • Integrate AI-powered coding agents and automated LLM-based testing into your daily development cycle • Contribute to building 'AI-First' UI patterns, working alongside the LLM Platform team on generative, prompt-driven interfaces • Stay current with emerging AI-assisted development tools and bring relevant ones back to the team • Break down assigned product requirements into clear, actionable engineering tasks • Deliver work reliably within sprint commitments, flagging blockers or scope changes early • Balance new feature delivery with addressing technical debt in the codebase you work on
