Role Description Ready to shape the future of logistics technology? We are looking for a Middle/Senior Full Stack Developer to join our distributed team and help build a next-generation e-commerce fulfillment platform. This role offers remote flexibility with the option to work from Kraków, Poland. You will contribute to the development of a next-generation e-commerce fulfillment platform designed to automate and optimize order processing, inventory management, and delivery tracking. The solution leverages modern web technologies and AI-assisted development tools to ensure scalability and efficiency. This is a chance to work on a high-impact product in a collaborative, Agile environment. - Design, develop, and maintain robust software applications using TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, NestJS, and React.js - Implement new functionality from scratch, including role-based access control services, API integration services, and custom endpoints - Work in an AI-augmented development environment, leveraging tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Microsoft Copilot - Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define, design, and deliver new features - Ensure code quality, security, and performance through critical evaluation of AI-generated outputs - Participate in SCRUM ceremonies and contribute to team planning, estimation, and retrospectives Qualifications - 3–5 years of commercial development experience with a focus on TypeScript/JavaScript - Proven expertise in Node.js, NestJS, React.js, Next.js, and REST API development - Knowledge of Go - Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Microsoft Copilot, or similar) - Ability to write clear prompts for code generation and refactoring - Skills in evaluating AI-generated code for security and performance implications - Experience translating AI-generated specifications into implementation tasks - Proficiency in debugging and validating AI-generated code - Familiarity with AI-driven development frameworks (BMAD, Superpowers, GSD, spec-kit, or equivalent) - Experience with any cloud provider (preferably Azure) - Experience working in SCRUM teams - Fluent English Requirements - Experience integrating and working with design systems (Tailwind, Storybook) - Proven experience with AI-augmented development (pet projects, certifications) - Participation in AI-assisted requirements breakdown and task decomposition using frameworks like spec-kit or BMAD Benefits - Be part of a long-term partnership, working on high-impact projects - Access to advanced AI tools and cloud technologies - Supportive team culture
