Impact Advisors
• Manage Revenue Cycle improvement engagements, serving as a subject matter expert in patient access within an Epic environment. • Lead complex Revenue Cycle operational transformation engagements for healthcare organizations, serving as the front-end Revenue Cycle subject matter expert and leveraging Epic to drive sustainable improvements in patient access, financial performance, and operational efficiency. • Assess, redesign, and optimize front-end revenue cycle workflows, including scheduling, registration, insurance verification, eligibility, prior authorization, financial clearance, and point-of-service collections. • Identify opportunities to improve patient access operations, financial performance, patient experience, and operational efficiency through process and workflow optimization. • Partner with client stakeholders to align operational processes with Epic capabilities and implement sustainable solutions that drive measurable performance improvements. • Lead multi-disciplinary teams to successfully implement large-scale, integrated system and operational change efforts. • Develop timelines, project plans, and lead due diligence processes for project assessments. • Monitor progress toward key milestones, provide regular client updates, and exercise judgment in escalating issues to internal and external stakeholders. • Oversee quality of deliverables and manage team performance to ensure exceptional results. • Participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive healthcare operations or revenue cycle improvement experience, with a strong focus on front-end patient access functions.
- Demonstrated consulting experience leading operational transformation initiatives within complex healthcare organizations using Epic.
- Deep expertise in front-end revenue cycle workflows, including scheduling, registration, insurance verification, eligibility, prior authorization, financial clearance, and point-of-service collections.
- Proven ability to assess, redesign, and optimize patient access operations to improve access, financial performance, patient experience, and operational efficiency.
- Strong understanding of the intersection between operational workflows, process improvement, and Epic system capabilities to drive sustainable performance outcomes.
- Hands-on experience working in Epic environments, with functional knowledge of Epic Cadence, Prelude, and Grand Central required.
- Experience partnering with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to implement large-scale operational and technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams through complex healthcare operational change, including workflow redesign, adoption, and performance improvement.
- Strong project management, facilitation, and executive communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred.
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other process improvement certification preferred.

• Technical Consultants directly guide our customers throughout their product adoption journey, ensuring they achieve their security and network transformation goals • Implement SWG, CASB, ZTNA, DLP, and other SSE security solutions based on the Solution Architect’s design • Configure security policies, user access controls, and enterprise integrations • Perform policy migration and optimization to ensure compliance and best practices • Conduct pilot testing, UAT, and final production rollout • Deliver technical training and enablement to customer teams to effectively manage the product • Provide ongoing technical guidance and troubleshooting support for complex issues • Lead best practice workshops and enablement sessions to upskill customer teams • Provide continuous education and coaching to customers on existing and new features to ensure they maximize the value of the solution • Act as the technical point of contact post-deployment, ensuring customers fully adopt, optimize, and expand their SSE solution • Monitor solution performance, adoption and provide proactive recommendations to improve efficiency, security, and compliance • Participate in business reviews and conduct technical health checks to track progress and address gaps • Identify opportunities for expansion by assessing additional use cases, security needs, and feature adoption • Collaborate with Customer Success Manager, Sales, and Product teams to align solutions with customer objectives • Document deployment procedures, configuration settings, and optimization strategies • Contribute to the internal knowledge base for Professional Services and TAM best practices • Mentor and coach other Technical Consultants and Technical Account Managers to enhance team expertise • Provide feedback on customer pain points and feature requests to Product and Engineering teams • Stay up to date with industry security trends, emerging threats, and SSE product advancements
