• Acting as a trusted HR partner for managers and employees, primarily in Luxembourg and partly in Germany • Supporting the full employee lifecycle from hiring to offboarding • Preparing payroll data and ensuring accurate handover to external payroll providers • Coordinating closely with payroll providers, authorities, and relevant institutions (e.g. social security, tax offices) • Drafting contracts, contract amendments, and HR-related documentation • Advising managers on labor law topics and HR best practices (Luxembourg & Germany) • Supporting employee relations, including handling individual cases and performance topics • Ensuring smooth HR administration and maintaining employee data in HR systems (Personio) • Contributing to the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies and processes • Managing recruiting processes on demand in close alignment with the Senior Recruiter and Hiring Managers (low volume, non-continuous hiring) • Supporting onboarding and employee engagement initiatives • Collaborating with the broader HR team across locations • Regular on-site presence in Luxembourg to support the local organization, combined with flexible remote work options
Job Requirements
- Several years of experience in a generalist HR role (e.g. HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or Personalreferent)
- Solid knowledge of labor law and HR practices, ideally in Luxembourg and/or Germany
- Hands-on experience in payroll preparation and coordination with external providers
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to challenges
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of reliability, ownership, and confidentiality
- Excellent German and English skills (French is a plus)
