• Account Ownership: Full revenue responsibility for your named accounts (upsell, cross-sell, expansion). • Personally own operational and C-level relationships at every client. • Conduct quarterly Reviews with client leadership and Etops Executive Board members. • Identify and close six-figure upsell/cross-sell opportunities (additional users, new modules, AI add-ons, white-label solutions, API integrations). • Partner with clients on their digital roadmaps to position Etops as their strategic WealthTech platform for the next 5–10 years. • Drive platform adoption, feature usage and best-practice implementation. • Build and execute joint success plans with measurable ROI (time savings, cost reduction, higher client satisfaction scores). • Organise regular on-site power-user workshops and training sessions. • Act as the primary feedback channel from the German IFA clients into Product, Engineering and the Executive Board.
• Enhance and extend our REST APIs, ensuring scalability and robustness • Analyse and optimize PMS components, with a focus on performance and memory usage in a GCP environment • Contribute to architectural and technical improvements of the system • Stay up to date with industry trends and bring in new ideas and technologies • Participate in code reviews and support less experienced team members • Actively contribute to a high-quality engineering culture
• Deliver ambitious annual and multi-year targets for ARR growth, revenue, margin, and market-share growth in the IFA segment • Develop and execute the 3-year strategic plan and annual budget for the IFA business line together with the CRO and Group CFO • Define and continuously refine the value proposition, service model, pricing, and commercial policy specifically for independent financial advisors • Lead a team of IFA sales specialists and client success managers covering the largest and fastest-growing IFA networks, platforms, and individual practices • Personally own the relationships with the most important IFA firms and platforms • Work hand-in-hand with Product Management to design and prioritize the offering and its fit to the needs of independent advisors • Own the IFA-specific marketing budget and calendar (flagship events, roadshows, webinars, digital marketing, awards) • Actively participate in all Group Executive Board decisions and bring the 'voice of the independent advisor' into every strategic discussion • Role-model and enforce the group-wide sales process, CRM standards, and forecasting discipline within the entire IFA organization
• Technical and disciplinary leadership of a development team of approximately 6 people • Technical responsibility for the design, architecture, and quality of our web applications • Further development of team structure, processes, and development practices • Close collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders for prioritization and planning • Development and enhancement of web applications (frontend/backend with React), both strategically and hands-on • Leading and supporting the migration of existing projects from Angular to React • Designing attractive and user-friendly interfaces together with the team • Optimizing and improving existing software components and architectures • Mentoring and developing team members • Creating and maintaining specifications and documentation
• New Business Development & Pipeline Generation • Prospect and qualify high-value institutional leads through targeted outreach • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to tailor demos and POCs • Lead the full sales cycle for enterprise deals • Cultivate C-level relationships with decision-makers • Represent Etops at key industry conferences • Track and report on key sales KPIs via CRM
