Human Resources Generalist
Bellese Technologies
• Provide overall administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee files and processing documentation. • Coordinate onboarding process including scheduling onboarding sessions, completing employee I-9s, working with other facilitators, and hosting the HR orientation session. • Respond to general HR inquiries from employees. Escalate to the Senior Human Resources Manager as needed. • Execute and occasionally facilitate trainings for managers and staff as needed. • Serve as the initial point of contact for benefits inquiries and oversee employee enrollments. • Assist with semi-monthly payroll execution with eventual goal of owning entire process. • Assist in various HR projects such as virtual HR sessions, HR newsletters, open enrollment, and all hands meetings. • Provide assistance to the Director of People Operations as needed. • Assist with recruiting efforts as needed, including resume reviews and initial screening calls. • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of human resources or related experience
- Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices
- ADP and Lever experience is a plus but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
