Responsibilities - Develop, deploy, and maintain backend applications using Java, GoLang, and Python. - Design and implement FHIR-compliant APIs and services for healthcare data exchange. - Build and maintain integrations with FHIR servers and healthcare data platforms. - Support transition from legacy data formats toward FHIR-based architectures. - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins. - Develop frontend components using Angular, HTML, and TypeScript. - Manage database development using SQL, including performance tuning and optimization. - Work with AWS services to build scalable and secure cloud infrastructure. - Define and manage infrastructure using Terraform. - Ensure data accuracy, validation, and compliance across healthcare reporting workflows. Qualifications - Experience with fully automated CI/CD pipelines from commit through production deployment. - Strong relational database experience such as PostgreSQL. - Experience working with HL7 FHIR standards, including resources, profiles, and implementation guides. - Experience building or integrating RESTful APIs aligned to FHIR specifications. - Familiarity with FHIR R4 and healthcare interoperability patterns. - Experience working with healthcare data formats such as QRDA, C-CDA, or claims data. - Understanding of digital quality measurement concepts, including eCQM and dQM. - Experience with Clinical Quality Language (CQL) or exposure to measure logic execution. - Experience working with FHIR servers such as HAPI FHIR or similar platforms. - Experience designing or consuming FHIR resources such as Measure, MeasureReport, Patient, Encounter, and Observation. - Understanding of data validation, data quality, and regulatory reporting constraints in healthcare systems. • Provide overall administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee files and processing documentation. • Coordinate onboarding process including scheduling onboarding sessions, completing employee I-9s, working with other facilitators, and hosting the HR orientation session. • Respond to general HR inquiries from employees. • Execute an automation-first QA strategy with Cypress as the primary test automation framework for: End-to-end UI testing , API testing, Performance validation, Accessibility compliance testing, Regression and smoke testing • Integrate Cypress test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker • Implement quality initiatives across multiple Scrum teams, focusing on defect prevention and release confidence • Perform manual testing activities including exploratory testing, regression validation, and UAT • Ensure applications meet Section 508 / WCAG accessibility requirements, leveraging Cypress-integrated tools such as Axe and Lighthouse • Act as quality advocate during sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release readiness • Communicate quality risks, trends, and release readiness clearly to stakeholders
