Role Description - Edit short-form and long-form video content for marketing, product demos, etc. - Collaborate with the marketing team on storyboards, shot lists, and content calendars. - Turn around edits within agreed deadlines, incorporating feedback in revision rounds. Qualifications - Proficient in at least one video editing platform (CapCut preferred; Premiere Pro/Final Cut also acceptable). - Strong visual storytelling instinct, can take raw footage/assets and shape a narrative. - Storyboarding or production experience a plus, but not required. - Able to follow creative briefs and brand guidelines. - Must submit a portfolio or reel with application. - Able to commit 3-6 months, remote. - Comfortable with async communication and file-sharing tools (Google Drive, etc.). Role Description - Regularly manage and triage inbound messages via Meta Business suite to flag and escalate any potential leads or concerns. - Schedule and publish content across all platforms on time, following the agreed content calendar. - Track post-level insights/analytics (reach, engagement, saves, etc.) and report which content types are performing best, so the team can replicate what works. - Draft copy in both English and Tagalog for posts, captions, and replies where needed. Qualifications - Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite required; hands-on experience preferred. - Comfortable reading platform analytics/insights and drawing basic conclusions (not just reporting raw numbers). - Excellent written English and Tagalog. - Proactive and responsive. - Able to commit 3–6 months minimum, remote. Role Description - Help in the end-to-end recruitment process. - Help with onboarding. - Help manage HR data. - Help ensure HR information is up to date. - Assist with administration and support of the HR Self-Service system, including the orientation of the system to all new team members. - Create various HR reports including monthly company headcount reports and other HR demographic reports, as needed. - Provide presentation materials for reports by creating tables, graphs, charts, maps, etc. to be used for the reports. - Update the HR calendar, taking into account approved company-scheduled vacations and other government-declared special holidays. - Run various audits of HR information and other data to help maintain the data integrity. - Prepare COE draft for each request. - Do other HR-related work that may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications - University student; preferably with OJT requirement. - Interest in human resources management, HR data and analytics, or related fields. - Willing to learn about recruitment, HR data management, headcount planning, and statutory requirements. - Keen attention to detail. - Meticulous and organized, able to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Strong problem-solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills. - Strategic mindset to think beyond operational activities.
