Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a top university in your home country
- Experience recruiting or supporting high-volume recruiting for a US-based startup with international reach
- Ability to work US hours
- Demonstrated ability to run full-cycle recruiting for roles spanning multiple seniority levels at once
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- High ownership, low ego, and a track record of jumping into whatever the moment requires, regardless of title
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, and mission-focused environment
- Comfort working in an ATS (we use Ashby) and managing a high volume of moving pieces at once. Experience with Juicebox is a plus!
