Senior Consultant 2, Analytics

Adswerve is looking for a Senior Consultant 2, Analytics to join the Analytics Services Team! The ideal candidate will have strong Google Analytics 4 360 and Google Tag Manager implementation and large-scale engagement experience. Lead and complete tasks for specific projects, teams, or Enterprise client work. Demonstrate strong mentorship skills, mentoring others within their teams and providing guidance on projects as needed. Spend 65% of time on client interactions, 5% mentoring, 20% on Training and Development, and 10% on internal work. Tactically and strategically complete implementations of Google Analytics using Google Tag Manager or other tag management systems for clients with minimal oversight. Digest client implementations and data to determine conclusions or methods for solutions. Lead larger clients and projects, connecting various moving parts to other technical solutions or tools. Interact with clients with a proactive approach, ensuring there’s always another project to consider next. Spearhead assigned tasks, rarely requiring assistance to complete deliverables. Participate in team interviews and make recommendations as to the hiring of new team members and the advancement of current team members.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics or related field
  • Proven hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 360 and Google Tag Manager and one or more equivalent tools (Adobe Analytics, Tealium, etc)
  • Project management and technical analytics implementation experience
  • Proven client communication skills, leading projects and acting as the main point of contact
  • Data visualization (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI or similar platforms)
  • Experience working with other technical marketing platforms (e.g., Website Architecture, Customer Data Platforms (Segment, Tealium), Mobile Apps, Consent Management, Adobe Analytics) and/or cloud data platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) is a strong plus.
  • Experience working with a Google partner consultancy that resells GA360/GMP licenses and services is a strong plus.
  • Experience in similar platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Launch, and Tealium Tag Management System is a strong plus.
  • This position pays a base salary of $95,000 to $110,000 per year. Wage differential is based on training and experience.
