• Own and manage all aspects of the Snowflake data share environment, including configuration, replication, access controls, and performance optimization • Manage data feeds pipelines (SFTP, S3 bucket, and other delivery mechanisms) end to end, ensuring timely and accurate delivery • Create and maintain custom tables, views, and transformations within Snowflake to meet client-specific requirements • Develop a deep understanding of data lineage—how delivered data ties back to source documents and upstream systems • Lead live Snowflake walkthroughs and data feed demonstrations for prospective clients • Participate in consultative and troubleshooting calls, diagnosing and resolving data delivery issues on behalf of clients • Manage the ongoing client relationship as it pertains to Snowflake integrations and data feeds • Proactively identify, investigate, and prevent data issues within shares and feeds before they impact clients • Assist in building monitoring, alerting, and observability frameworks for data delivery pipelines • Maintain thorough documentation of data sharing mechanisms, file formats, and integration configurations

• Facilitate new client implementation, thoroughly understanding each account’s pain points & use-case with a custom approach to see to their success • Provide proactive and consultative client support throughout the duration of the client engagement • Identify & add-on upsells to some of FINTRX’s largest clients • Drive revenue growth for the company • Work with a strong sense of urgency to meet and exceed daily/monthly KPIs and document interactions with clients • Providing additional resources for our client base: including our Knowledge Center, webinars, tutorial videos and other mediums. • Maintain up to date and accurate CRM activity

• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to grow & expand the companies suite of; asset managers, hedge fund, private equity, venture capital, investment banking, real estate and private market clients. • Drive revenue growth through proactive outreach to key, target accounts • Partner and strategize with inside sales team to qualify prospective buyers and further them through their buyer journey in a consultative manner. • At a minimum achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. • Continually develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s industry.

We’re seeking an entry level Data Scientist to help support and drive FINTRX’s rapidly growing Data, Research and Product organization. In this role you will compile, analyze, and interpret data that powers our platform and informs strategic decisions across the business. Working closely with our product team, you will contribute to data aggregation, analytical initiatives and process improvements that enhance the quality, scalability and impact of our industry leading product. Work with existing data scientist team to analyze and interpret data Conduct web scraping to compile relevant information and data Utilize Python, SQL and other technical coding languages on a daily basis Build complex logical, statistical and regression models to create new reports Organize existing data and code Analyze processes and methods currently in place and present findings to leadership Communicate effectively with leadership on a daily basis Study past data to determine trends in productivity Work with Product, Integration and Engineering team to assist on projects Collaborate with other departments within the organization to drive value to clients and prospects Utilize artificial intelligence to optimize new and improve existing processes
