• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality Sigma dashboards and financial reports aligned with business and stakeholder requirements • Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, accurate, and visually compelling insights • Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to extract, transform, and prepare data for reporting and analytics use cases • Perform data modeling and manage reporting-ready data structures within Snowflake • Partner with finance leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, validate metrics, and deliver actionable insights • Modernize and rationalize legacy financial reports, improving performance, usability, and scalability • Apply data visualization and BI and CI (Continuous Intelligence) best practices to ensure consistency, clarity, and self-service usability • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data accuracy, integrity, and performance issues across dashboards and reports • Document data definitions, business logic, and reporting standards to support transparency and governance

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
  • 3–4+ years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, preferably in financial reporting or FP&A environments
  • 2–4+ years of hands-on experience developing in Sigma
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational and analytical databases
  • Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, data structures, and ETL/ELT processes
  • Proven ability to work with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical solutions
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and analytical rigor

Role Description The Energy Manager & Trader is responsible for optimizing the commercial and operational performance of the company’s hydropower portfolio across ISO/RTO and bilateral power markets. This role leads energy management, wholesale market participation, and trading activities to maximize revenue, manage risk, and support long-term portfolio value. The position requires close coordination with plant operations, finance, and senior leadership to align hydrology, dispatch decisions, and market strategies across organized markets and bilateral transactions.
