Role Description Opportunity for remote work (requires some travel) for an independent and self-motivated safety professional. The successful candidate will: - Partner with Corporate EH&S Manager, Division Managers, Regional Managers, and Operations Field Personnel to ensure hydroelectric project facility compliance with Company Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) and risk reduction protocols and procedures. - Lead, manage and enforce environmental, health, and safety on several hydroelectric dam and powerhouse facilities. - Identify, eliminate and control hazardous conditions that may lead to injury and or property damage using sound judgement and cooperative approaches. - Manage annual training requirements in collaboration with Corporate EH&S Manager and Division/Regional Management. - Assist in coordinating training and proactively identify opportunities for improved training and culture steering. While this position is advertised as remote, we are only considering candidates currently residing in Albany, NY, Middletown, NY, or Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, PA areas due to the travel expectation associated with the role. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. - At least three (3) years of environmental, health, and safety experience OR equivalent mix of education and experience. - A minimum of OSHA 30-hour training, First Aid/CPR/BBP and AED training. - Demonstrated knowledge of safety/environmental principles and techniques is required. - Demonstrated ability to identify known potential exposures and lead implementation of corrective actions. - Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing and train others. - Demonstrated computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office suite programs. - Ability to travel to various project sites within the United States required (travel time 30-50%). Director of Commercial Operations & Analytics

Role Description As the Director of Commercial Operations & Analytics, you will lead our energy management and modeling efforts to ensure the tactical execution of our commercial strategy. You will serve as the operational lead for day-to-day market interactions. This role requires a blend of market knowledge, financial acumen, and the leadership presence to navigate a complex, fast-paced energy environment. The ideal candidate understands the nuances of U.S. ISO/RTO markets and can translate complex data into actionable commercial decisions. This position is available out of any of Eagle Creek's corporate offices. Candidates not residing near an existing office are eligible to work in a remote capacity. Responsibilities - Develop and execute bidding strategies for Day-Ahead and Real-Time markets - Collaborate with Operations to dispatch hydro assets to optimize revenue while managing environmental and regulatory constraints - Oversee daily interaction with ISOs/RTOs - Translate immediate-term weather and streamflow data into daily generation targets - Oversee the development of predictive models that integrate relevant data and trends to inform commercial decision-making - Manage the operational compliance and settlement of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and hedging instruments to mitigate price volatility - Ensure all commercial activities comply with FERC, NERC, and regional ISO market rules - Lead the data gathering for audit requests and market monitoring inquiries - Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement - Monitor ISO/RTO stakeholder processes for immediate operational impact and provide market intelligence updates to senior management - Maintain relationships with counterparties, including off-takers, and fulfill regular reporting requirements - Collaborate on financial and operational performance monitoring of portfolio facilities and associated reporting - Assist with integration of new regional acquisitions into the Company's operating platform Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or Mathematics. Role Description The Energy Manager & Trader is responsible for optimizing the commercial and operational performance of the company’s hydropower portfolio across ISO/RTO and bilateral power markets. This role leads energy management, wholesale market participation, and trading activities to maximize revenue, manage risk, and support long-term portfolio value. The position requires close coordination with plant operations, finance, and senior leadership to align hydrology, dispatch decisions, and market strategies across organized markets and bilateral transactions. Key Responsibilities - Energy Management & Trading - Develop and execute market participation, trading, and hedging strategies for a portfolio of hydropower assets across ISO/RTO and bilateral power markets. - Lead short-term and forward power trading activities. - Manage exposure to power price volatility, congestion, basis risk, counterparty risk, and hydrology-driven variability. - Oversee energy scheduling, bidding and offering strategies, settlements, confirmations, and reconciliation processes. - Negotiate, execute, and manage power sales agreements, hedges, and structured products. - Hydro Portfolio Optimization - Coordinate closely with plant operations to optimize dispatch, outage planning, and water value across hydropower facilities. - Integrate hydrology forecasts, reservoir constraints, and operational flexibility into market and bilateral trading decisions. - Monitor portfolio performance versus budget, forecast, and market benchmarks; recommend and implement corrective actions. - Market Analysis & Commercial Strategy - Monitor ISO/RTO market rules, pricing dynamics, congestion patterns, bilateral market conditions, and regulatory developments. - Analyze historical and forward price curves to identify commercial opportunities and risk mitigation strategies. - Build and maintain financial models to evaluate trading strategies, asset performance, bilateral contracts, and commercial transactions. - Support development, acquisition, and financing activities through market, pricing, and revenue diligence. - Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership - Serve as a primary commercial interface with ISOs/RTOs, bilateral counterparties, utilities, brokers, and trading partners. - Provide clear market insights, performance reporting, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. - Lead continuous improvement of forecasting, analytics, and data processes supporting trading and energy management. - Provide guidance, oversight, or mentorship to supporting staff or cross-functional teams, as applicable. Senior Project Manager

Role Description Eagle Creek Renewable Energy owns and/or operates 85 hydroelectric facilities throughout the United States and is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Project Management Team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience and preference will be given to candidates with power generation or civil experience. As a senior project manager, you will be responsible for the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closeout of assigned civil, mechanical, electrical, and controls projects across our portfolio of hydroelectric plants. Systems you may work on include: - Dams - Intakes - Penstocks - Powerhouses - Fish ladders and passages - Turbines - Generators - Powertrain components - Auxiliary mechanical systems - Electrical switchgear - Transformers - PLC control systems - Protective relaying - Floodgate lifting mechanisms - Environmental protection equipment - Other systems As part of this role, you will collaborate with project leads, operations managers, operators, and engineering professionals working on projects.
