Salesforce Platform Developer

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, and declarative platform capabilities. • Lead Salesforce application architecture, technical design, and development efforts across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud, and Knowledge. • Perform code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing support, and ensure delivery of high-quality, maintainable solutions. • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production issues while optimizing application performance and reliability. • Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, analyze user stories, refine technical requirements, and contribute to solution planning and estimation. • Mentor junior developers, promote Salesforce development best practices, and support continuous improvement of coding standards and DevOps processes. • Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the success of the project.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of information technology experience, including at least 6 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Extensive experience designing and developing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, JavaScript, and Lightning Design System.
- Strong experience with Salesforce configuration and customization across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud, Knowledge, and Salesforce Lightning migrations.
- Experience developing integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO), and DevOps tools including Git, Jenkins, JIRA, ANT Migration Tool, Change Sets, and Force.com IDE.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience leading technical projects, conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and collaborating effectively within Agile software development teams.
