Role Description Red Cedar is seeking an experienced SharePoint Solutions Architect to support a Federal Civilian customer. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions while leveraging Microsoft 365 technologies to improve collaboration, automate business processes, and deliver data-driven insights. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and organize work into iterative development cycles (sprints). - Develop custom SharePoint websites utilizing the Microsoft Office 365 platform. - Perform user interface development, provide configuration best practices, and develop SharePoint customizations. - Provide SharePoint and web-based presentation development expertise in support of an integrated government team. - Recommend SharePoint strategies that enhance collaboration and improve the overall user experience based on customer mission and operational requirements. - Recommend appropriate communication methods, messaging, and timing for information updates. - Plan, design, and implement content enhancements and website updates. - Utilize and modify online applications to collect, review, analyze, and collaborate on office information requirements. - Adhere to Agile Scrum and Agile Kanban methodologies throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). - Apply software development practices, techniques, tools, and solution development concepts across the organization. - Develop custom SharePoint web parts and integrate enterprise content with SharePoint. - Create automated business solutions using SharePoint, Nintex Forms, Nintex Workflows, and dashboards. - Develop Power Apps integrated with SharePoint and other Microsoft 365 applications. - Create dashboards and reports using Power BI. - Perform data migration to Common Data Service (CDS). - Utilize Azure Data Factory for data migration and data integration. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. - Professional experience in Information Technology with demonstrated experience supporting SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions. - Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Power Apps, Power BI, Nintex Forms, Nintex Workflows, Azure Data Factory, and Common Data Service (CDS). - Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and experience working within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). - Experience with enterprise content management, business process automation, and data migration. - Ability to apply specialized technical knowledge to design, develop, and implement SharePoint-based solutions in support of customer requirements.
