• Lead customer discovery and solution design activities, translating complex clinical and business needs into innovative digital healthcare solutions. • Conduct technical assessments, architectural reviews, and due diligence to ensure proposed solutions are scalable, secure, and fit for purpose. • Partner with Commercial teams during the pre-sales phase, providing expert guidance on technical feasibility, integrations, cybersecurity, and governance requirements. • Drive project governance and stakeholder alignment throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery and exceptional customer experiences. • Collaborate closely with local Connectivity Specialists, Digital Services teams, and regional stakeholders to standardize best practices and enable operational scalability across markets. • Identify risks, challenges, and opportunities early, creating repeatable and transferable processes that support sustainable growth. • Act as the voice of the customer, bringing market insights and evolving healthcare needs into product development discussions and influencing future roadmaps. • Design and deliver training programs, mentoring colleagues and fostering knowledge sharing across the organization. • Stay at the forefront of healthcare technology innovation, exploring emerging trends, digital ecosystems, interoperability, cybersecurity, and connected care advancements.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital healthcare, healthcare IT, connected care, medical technology, or related fields.
- Strong expertise in solution architecture, systems integration, technical consulting, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of healthcare provider environments, clinical workflows, regulatory frameworks, cybersecurity, and data governance.
- Proven ability to engage with customers, executives, clinicians, and technical teams, translating complex requirements into actionable solutions.
- Strong project leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- A collaborative mindset, customer-first approach, and the confidence to drive change across cross-functional teams.
- A passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with the ability to influence both customer outcomes and future product direction.
