Workday Integrations Principal Consultant
ERPA
• Act as a lead consultant on multiple client engagements with limited direction. • Understand client business requirements and provide guidance throughout design, configure and prototype, and assist clients with testing and move to Production efforts • Partner with Engagement Managers to keep them informed of project status, changes, etc. • Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to ensure clear lines of communication and project alignment • Accurately maintain forecast in a timely manner • Assist Sales team with orals, demos, and LOEs • Stay up to date on industry knowledge, Workday enhancements, and be able to advise on Workday best practices • Provide Exceptional Customer Service to build lasting relationships with clients
Job Requirements
- Must be based in India, have a reliable internet connection, and be available to work remotely from Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an individual contributor in a lead Workday Integrations consultant at a Workday partner firm is required.
- Workday Integrations experience with higher ed and/or US government projects is preferred, but not required
- Workday partner certifications in Workday Integrations is required.
- Studio certification and experience is preferred, but not required
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with the US team and client
- Must demonstrate a detailed understanding of Workday reporting processes and best practices, along with the ability to make appropriate recommendations for Workday implementations

Maintain contact with national endorsement-related organizations and credentialing associations for chaplains (U.S. and Canada; civilian and military). • Participate in the work of the Thrive Engage Team, collaborating closely with Thrive’s other ministry consultants for overall congregational and pastoral health. • Participate in Thrive’s ministry related to clergy wellbeing. • Ensure Thrive can equip councils to address challenges to clergy marriages, provide supportive and educational events for clergy couples, and curate an up-to-date roster of reliable therapy providers for the chaplains endorsed by the CRCNA. • Other duties as assigned by the Thrive Engage Team leader.
• Technical Consultants directly guide our customers throughout their product adoption journey, ensuring they achieve their security and network transformation goals • Implement SWG, CASB, ZTNA, DLP, and other SSE security solutions based on the Solution Architect’s design • Configure security policies, user access controls, and enterprise integrations • Perform policy migration and optimization to ensure compliance and best practices • Conduct pilot testing, UAT, and final production rollout • Deliver technical training and enablement to customer teams to effectively manage the product • Provide ongoing technical guidance and troubleshooting support for complex issues • Lead best practice workshops and enablement sessions to upskill customer teams • Provide continuous education and coaching to customers on existing and new features to ensure they maximize the value of the solution • Act as the technical point of contact post-deployment, ensuring customers fully adopt, optimize, and expand their SSE solution • Monitor solution performance, adoption and provide proactive recommendations to improve efficiency, security, and compliance • Participate in business reviews and conduct technical health checks to track progress and address gaps • Identify opportunities for expansion by assessing additional use cases, security needs, and feature adoption • Collaborate with Customer Success Manager, Sales, and Product teams to align solutions with customer objectives • Document deployment procedures, configuration settings, and optimization strategies • Contribute to the internal knowledge base for Professional Services and TAM best practices • Mentor and coach other Technical Consultants and Technical Account Managers to enhance team expertise • Provide feedback on customer pain points and feature requests to Product and Engineering teams • Stay up to date with industry security trends, emerging threats, and SSE product advancements
