Job Description

Working Student – Application Management

ESN

• Support the evaluation of new applications and software solutions • Maintain and update our application landscape and its related documentation • Document processes and help build a structured knowledge base • Analyze software licenses and identify opportunities for optimization • Provide 1st-level support for selected business applications • Contribute to smaller projects in the areas of Application Management and IT Service Management • Assist in preparing analyses, reports, and decision-making materials related to our application landscape

Job Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable field
  • You have an interest in enterprise software and digital business processes
  • Initial practical experience in an IT environment is a plus
  • You work in a structured and independent manner and have strong analytical thinking skills
  • You have good written and spoken German and English skills
  • You are comfortable using modern digital tools and AI-powered applications
