Working Student, IT Transformation
SHOP APOTHEKE EUROPE
• Support the IT Transformation department in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT transformation projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. • Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to facilitate smooth project operations and communication among team members. • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and risk registers. • Track project progress and performance, providing regular updates and reports to Transformation Managers and relevant stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, IT, or a related field.
- You bring a strategic mindset and a genuine interest in IT organisations and transformation.
- You have basic understanding of Jira, Confluence, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowing Miro and Power BI is a plus.
- You are structured, proactive and enjoy working collaboratively across teams.
- You are fluent in both English and German language.
- You live around either Cologne, Munich or Sevenum area.
