• Proactively use data to identify opportunities to grow our product and business, collaborating across both product squads and business teams (CS, AMs, Ops). • Serve as a strategic sparring partner for Product and Business leaders in Germany, anticipating key questions and applying your analytical and statistical skills to answer them. • Guide decision-making through rigorous analyses, navigate ambiguity, and collaborate across domains when needed. • Support our self-service analytics approach by understanding partners' needs and promoting a data-driven culture. Contribute directly to data models in the data warehouse (using dbt). • Help shape the Data Engineering roadmap to deliver the best experience for colleagues on the data platform.
Job Requirements
- 5–6 years' experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in scale-up environments.
- Advanced proficiency with SQL, dbt, and data visualization tools.
- Comfortable collaborating with Product and Engineering Managers, as well as business partners outside the data team.
- Strong business acumen and recognized as a trusted partner by business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate insights and recommendations.
- A hands-on, delivery-oriented attitude and comfort with an MVP approach.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Beyond analysis, you’ll put that data to work building AI-powered automations that turn insights into personalized outreach and reporting, supporting marketing in crafting case studies and email campaigns.
