• Manage the day-to-day relationship with the firm's decision-makers and project teams. • Build and run governance: steering committees, adoption committees, monitoring bodies, and a network of local champions. • Define and execute data-driven adoption plans (for staff and clients). • Coordinate execution with Pennylane's internal experts (Product, Support, Ops, Sales, etc.). • Anticipate risks (satisfaction, deployment, adoption) and implement remediation plans. • Contribute to the onboarding and use of the Pennylane PA to centralize workflows.
• Assurer la qualité des imputations comptables et analytiques dans Pennylane pour un reporting fiable et actionnable. • Préparer et cadencer les paiements fournisseurs en optimisant les flux. • Être le point de contact avec les prestataires en cas d’impayés et de litiges, avec une résolution rapide et documentée. • Piloter la qualité de la donnée fournisseurs en coordination avec l’équipe Procurement et via notre outil Pivot. • Analyser la balance âgée fournisseurs et proposer des actions correctives (process, cut-off, conditions) pour éviter les dérives. • Piloter les cut-offs (CCA/FNP) et conduire la revue mensuelle des charges pour tenir des clôtures J+4 stables. • Contribuer à la préparation de la TVA : cadrages, contrôles et éléments déclaratifs. • Traiter les notes de frais et les dépenses cartes collaborateurs en garantissant conformité et rapidité. • Assurer l’intégration des dépenses de voyage en comptabilité, via notre outil TravelPerk. • Gérer le cycle des immobilisations de bout en bout dans Pennylane (saisie, amortissements, cadrages). • Piloter la production immobilisée (logiciel/R&D) et contribuer au dossier du C.I.R pour transformer nos efforts tech en valeur financière. • Participer aux chantiers structurants : consolidation des comptes, comptabilité carbone (VSME), fiabilisation internationale. • Standardiser et automatiser quand c’est pertinent (check-lists, contrôles de première passe, réconciliations). • Devenir un(e) véritable acteur/actrice de Pennylane via des feedbacks réguliers et des tests avec les équipes Produit.
• Proactively use data to identify opportunities to grow our product and business, collaborating across both product squads and business teams (CS, AMs, Ops). • Serve as a strategic sparring partner for Product and Business leaders in Germany, anticipating key questions and applying your analytical and statistical skills to answer them. • Guide decision-making through rigorous analyses, navigate ambiguity, and collaborate across domains when needed. • Support our self-service analytics approach by understanding partners' needs and promoting a data-driven culture. Contribute directly to data models in the data warehouse (using dbt). • Help shape the Data Engineering roadmap to deliver the best experience for colleagues on the data platform.
• Design machine learning solutions and tools across the full ML lifecycle • Contribute to all areas of our data platform • Work closely with other machine learning engineers and data engineers
• As a Small Accounts CSM, you are responsible for adoption, satisfaction and retention of a portfolio of small accounting practices. • You build simple, effective onboarding and adoption journeys, deploy 1:1 and 1:many actions, and manage account health using data. • Your objective: reduce time-to-value, drive regular usage of Pennylane and prevent churn, while identifying appropriate expansion opportunities. • Segment your portfolio and define playbooks by firm type. • Build lightweight, actionable Success Plans with clear milestones (activation, adoption of key features, autonomy). • Put in place appropriate coverage rituals: targeted 1:1 meetings, office hours, webinars, adoption campaigns and self-serve content. • Quickly align objectives, governance and success criteria with the firm. • Plan pragmatic rollouts: checklists, templates, mini-training sessions (webinars, tutorials), calendar and tracking. • Monitor weak signals (drop in usage, recurring tickets, negative feedback) and launch anti-churn action plans. • Systematically document activity in Salesforce.
