• You will assist in evaluating new applications and software solutions • You will maintain and update our application landscape and the associated documentation • You will document processes and help build a structured knowledge base • You will analyze our software licenses and identify optimization opportunities • You will support 1st-level support for selected business applications • You will contribute to smaller projects in Application Management and IT Service Management • You will assist in preparing analyses, reports, and decision templates related to our application landscape
Job Requirements
- You are studying Business Administration (BWL), E‑Commerce, Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik), Computer Science (Informatik), or a comparable degree program
- You are interested in enterprise software and digital processes
- Some practical experience in an IT environment is a plus
- You work in a structured and independent manner and have an analytical mindset
- You have good German and English language skills
- Working with modern digital tools and AI applications is second nature to you

• Help manage and grow SBA’s National Student Team, supporting the National Student Director • Collaborate with the Student Deployment program and cover assigned tasks • Recruit new student participants • Engage and support existing students • Supervise students traveling for deployment
