• Build, configure, and maintain Epic Patient Access applications, including Epic Cadence and Epic Prelude • Support and optimize referral workflows, ensuring accurate routing, processing, and follow-up • Maintain and enhance scheduling build including visit types, decision trees, and scheduling rules • Support and troubleshoot patient engagement workflows within Epic MyChart • Resolve Help Desk tickets related to Cadence, Prelude, MyChart, and referral workflows in accordance with SLAs • Support Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) processes and ensure accurate insurance verification • Partner with Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, and clinical operations teams to improve workflows and user experience • Participate in system testing, validation, and implementation of enhancements and upgrades • Analyze access-related issues and recommend system or workflow improvements
