• The Analyst will record documents in the ERP, perform month-end closings, calculate and remit direct and indirect taxes; • Analysis of indirect taxes and ERP master data; • Filing of tax obligations (EFD CONTRIBUTIONS / SPED FISCAL / MIT / DCTFweb / REINF / GIA / DIRF / SCANC / SIMP, etc.); • Research tax legislation and provide updates to clients as necessary; • Resolve outstanding tax issues to enable issuance of federal, municipal and state tax certificates.
• Calculation of direct and indirect taxes (IRPJ/CSLL and PIS/COFINS, respectively); • Reconciliations and analyses of all balance sheet and income statement accounts; • Preparation of month-end close and monthly trial balances, management reports, and the complete set of financial statements; • Preparation and filing of SPED ECD and ECF; • Strong understanding of accounting standards (IFRS/CPC); • Solid knowledge of companies taxed under the Lucro Real and Lucro Presumido regimes; • Advanced experience calculating PIS/COFINS under both cumulative and non-cumulative regimes, and calculating IRPJ/CSLL for Lucro Real and Lucro Presumido.

• The purpose of this role is to support the Legal function across the Americas by efficiently reviewing, drafting, and negotiating U.S.-law governed commercial contracts. • Handle day to day contract execution, standard negotiations, and data protection documentation. • Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements, with a strong focus on: • Services agreements, statements of work, and amendments • Data processing agreements and privacy related terms • NDAs and other commercial documentation. • Support negotiations with U.S. and international clients, primarily across the Americas. • Identify legal and commercial risks and propose pragmatic, business oriented solutions. • Coordinate with internal teams (commercial, compliance, operations, IT/security) to support deal execution. • Support continuous improvement of contract templates, standard positions, and internal processes.

Role Description We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as International Payroll Associate, Reporting to Associate Director, US and International Payroll Operations. This Permanent position is based in Mexico and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact on our department and its growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for: - Day-to-day communication and delivery of timely, accurate, and compliant payrolls for our clients. - Working closely with several clients daily to professionally deliver a quality payroll service. - Reviewing and validating data prior to gaining payroll approval from clients. Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of international payroll experience. - Experience working in a payroll or ‘Business Process’ oriented environment. - Proven experience in an administration position with client-facing responsibilities. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - Intermediate Excel skills. - Fluency in any or all of the following languages is a plus: German, French, Polish, Italian, and Spanish. - Experience in a controlled business environment, familiar with Data Security practices determined under ISAE 3402 and ISO 27001:2013. Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement. • Technical Analysis and Solution Design: Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement technical solutions. Ensure that proposed solutions are technically feasible and align with business goals. Develop data models, workflow diagrams, and system integration specifications. • Agile Delivery and Project Management: Lead and participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). Assist in project planning, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables. Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Collaborate with the Application Manager and Scrum Master to prioritize and manage the product backlog. • Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure that solutions meet business requirements. Coordinate with QA teams to manage testing phases and resolve defects. Ensure the quality and integrity of deliverables. • Stakeholder Communication and Training: Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams. Provide training and support to end-users. Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders and senior management.
