Regional Sales Manager
Progressive Leasing
• Provide quality leadership for Progressive's merchants in all assigned tasks • Responsible for managing a remote sales team within their geographic region • Responsible for staff hiring and training; creating goals and motivating team to meet set goals and revenue objectives • Achieves the Region's revenue and profitability quotas for Progressive services as they are sold into all merchant segments within region • Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth • Sells and teaches others how to sell value and solutions to Progressive's merchants • Directs the selling activities with the Region, inclusive of resource deployment and merchant interactions • Prioritizes effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives • Efficiently manages the region's merchant relationships • Lead team to ensure attention and growth in the key account portfolios in the region 50% to 75% travel required
Job Requirements
- 5+ years' account management experience managing a remote regional field team
- 3 years' retail experience, proven track record of success working with decision makers at retailers, managing business growth & partnerships with retailer clients (required)
- 2+ years' experience in cold calling, hunting, or prospecting B2B (required)
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends as necessary
- Proficient in the use of MS Office products; MS-Word, Excel and Power-Point
- Outstanding communication skills both written and oral as well as strong motivational skills
- Ability to deliver "tough" messaging in a manner that will positively change behavior with staff
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions and percentages
- College degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience (required)

Role Description The Regional Sales Executive is responsible for selling HealthEquity’s core products in a defined region. This includes: - Prospect identification - Pipeline development - Contract closing for distribution into HealthEquity’s current partner base and direct to employers This role supports small, medium, and large groups (251 to 3,500 US Based Employees) and typically reports to an Associate Vice President (AVP) Regional Sales. The assigned region is TN, AL, MS, LA, and AR, with a preference for applicants in the TN area and/or Northern Alabama. What you’ll be doing: - Drive sales growth by collaborating with partners, brokers, and employers in an assigned territory. - Support enablement of partners’ sales and account management personnel on the HealthEquity Solution. - Develop support materials for partners, brokers, and employers. - Collaborate with marketing and account management to maintain the Sales website. - Plan and participate in territory seminars and webinars. - Have specific knowledge around HSA, CDB accounts, COBRA, Wellness Products, and internal processes. - Cultivate and grow broker relationships within the territory. - Work collaboratively with internal cross-functional teams. - Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on HSA/CDB in sales meetings. - Attend open enrollment meetings to increase HSA/CDB adoption. - Support responses to RFPs, coordinating with the AVP Regional Sales and RFP team. - Work with AVP to identify key employer prospects with US-based employees. - Present at finalist meetings to prospects. - Identify, attend, and lead sales and marketing efforts at regional conferences. - Create, track, and maintain a strategic plan and update internal systems for reporting. • Define the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) for resellers and implement hunting programs • Structure and lead the channel management team, designing growth plans and ambitious targets • Create variable compensation models and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of SME customers • Monitor sell-out KPIs, conversion funnel and financial health • Manage the migration of products and contracts from legacy models to the EFX structure
