Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior-level positions, collaborating closely with hiring managers to define requirements and expectations. • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to identify and engage top talent in the industry. • Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including interviews and evaluations, to ensure alignment with our organizational culture and values. • Foster strong relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand workforce planning and talent needs, providing strategic guidance on talent acquisition initiatives. • Continuously evaluate and improve our recruitment processes and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, applying this knowledge to inform and improve our strategies.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on senior-level recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding senior talent in a competitive market.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
