• Own the full-cycle recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance. • Partner closely with sales leadership and hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and provide market insights. • Recruit primarily for Account Executive positions focused on selling technology solutions into physician group practices, ambulatory care organizations, and community or regional healthcare systems. • Build and manage strong candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing and networking strategies. • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring an efficient hiring process. • Drive stakeholder communication, provide regular recruiting updates, and influence hiring decisions through data and market expertise. • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including HR, People Operations, and interview teams.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant experience supporting sales hiring.
- Prior recruiting experience within HealthTech, Healthcare SaaS, Digital Health, or Healthcare IT organizations.
- Proven success recruiting Account Executives or other quota-carrying sales professionals.
- Experience hiring candidates selling into physician practices, ambulatory care, healthcare provider organizations, or hospital systems is highly preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise senior business leaders.
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment capabilities.
- Comfortable managing multiple requisitions in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Experience with modern ATS and recruiting tools.
