• Comprender las necesidades de negocio y analizar requisitos funcionales. • Traducir necesidades de negocio en especificaciones funcionales, historias de usuario y casos de uso. • Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de desarrollo proporcionando contexto y claridad sobre los requisitos. • Participar activamente en la definición funcional de nuevas soluciones y mejoras. • Diseñar, planificar y ejecutar pruebas funcionales y procesos de validación de usuario (UAT). • Verificar que las soluciones desarrolladas cumplen los requisitos definidos. • Identificar, documentar y realizar seguimiento de incidencias y defectos. • Elaborar documentación funcional y documentación de pruebas. • Crear manuales de usuario y materiales de formación. • Impartir formaciones sobre productos y funcionalidades. • Contribuir a la mejora continua de procesos de análisis, validación y calidad. • Reportar avances y resultados al responsable del equipo.

Job Requirements

  • Al menos 3 años de experiencia como Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, QA Analyst o posiciones similares.
  • Experiencia en toma de requisitos, análisis funcional y validación de soluciones.
  • Conocimientos del ciclo de vida del desarrollo de software.
  • Experiencia trabajando en entornos Agile (Scrum, Kanban o similares).
  • Conocimientos de modelado de procesos y definición de flujos de trabajo.
  • Experiencia utilizando Jira, Confluence o herramientas equivalentes.
  • Conocimientos de SQL a nivel usuario.
  • Capacidad analítica, orientación al detalle y mentalidad de mejora continua.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y colaboración con perfiles técnicos y de negocio.
  • Nivel fluido de español e inglés.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de testing y gestión de calidad como XRay, TestRail, BrowserStack o similares.
  • Experiencia en pruebas de APIs utilizando Postman o SoapUI.
  • Conocimientos de automatización de pruebas con Selenium, Cypress o herramientas equivalentes.
  • Familiaridad con Git y entornos de desarrollo colaborativos.
  • Experiencia previa en compañías tecnológicas, HealthTech o entornos de producto digital.

Role Description We are seeking a diligent and personable Quality Assurance & Compliance Coordinator to ensure timely submission and verification of session notes by their Registered Behaviour Technicians (RBTs). - Daily follow-ups with field staff regarding unsubmitted or unverified session notes from the previous day, utilizing the Rethink platform. - Must possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to accountability, and the ability to manage a high volume of interactions in an approachable and respectful manner. PLEASE NOTE: - Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM South African time – subject to daylight savings). - Public Holidays: This role requires working on both South African and U.S. public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA). - Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and wired Ethernet capability is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered. - Power Backup: Reliable backup required to manage load shedding or outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered. - Work Environment: Fully remote. Qualifications - Prior experience in the US healthcare sector. - Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices and the role of RBTs is highly advantageous.
