Cerchiamo una persona neolaureata o all’inizio della propria carriera che voglia imparare a vendere nel mondo B2B SaaS. Non serve esperienza pregressa nelle vendite: servono curiosità, disciplina, energia e voglia di diventare davvero bravi. Applicando per questa posizione, imparerai a fare Sales sul campo, lavorando insieme a persone che hanno costruito aziende, lanciato nuovi mercati e venduto software B2B in contesti internazionali. Partirai dalle basi e acquisirai progressivamente autonomia sull’intero ciclo commerciale, seguendo un percorso strutturato verso un ruolo full-cycle e lavorando a stretto contatto con il nostro team (Federico, Viviana, Giulia e Carlo). Durante il percorso avrai: - formazione pratica sulle vendite B2B SaaS; - coaching continuo da parte di venditori esperti; - esperienza diretta sull’intero ciclo commerciale; - esposizione a Marketing, Product, Customer Success e strategia; - una comprensione concreta di come si costruisce un go-to-market; - obiettivi chiari e un percorso professionale misurabile; - la possibilità di crescere insieme a un mercato ancora in fase di costruzione. Costruirai competenze che potranno accompagnarti in qualsiasi futura carriera commerciale, manageriale o imprenditoriale. COME MISURIAMO I TUOI PROGRESSI Durante i primi 12 mesi avrai obiettivi progressivi. Il percorso è progettato per portarti gradualmente verso un ruolo con responsabilità diretta sui risultati commerciali. Nei primi 6 mesi valuteremo: - Qualità delle opportunità generate; - Demo qualificate fissate e relativo show rate; - Pipeline creata attraverso attività di outbound e di re-engagement; - Velocità e qualità dei follow-up; - Disciplina nell’utilizzo del CRM. I successivi 6 mesi saranno caratterizzati da focus su gestione delle demo e dei contatti inbound, contratti chiusi ed MRR influenzate. Qualifications - Laurea triennale o magistrale, anche in fase di completamento; - forte interesse per Sales, startup, tecnologia e B2B SaaS; - comunicazione chiara, scritta e parlata; - capacità di ascoltare e fare le domande giuste; - disciplina, organizzazione e attenzione ai numeri; - capacità di accettare feedback e migliorare rapidamente; - italiano madrelingua; buon livello di inglese (B2 desiderabile). Requirements - Esperienze, anche brevi, nella vendita, nel customer service, nell’hospitality, in call center o in attività a contatto con il pubblico; - esperienze associative, imprenditoriali o universitarie; - familiarità con CRM, strumenti digitali o software SaaS; - interesse per intelligenza artificiale, real estate o PMI italiane; - precedenti esperienze internazionali di qualsiasi genere. Benefits - contratto a tempo determinato; - lavoro full remote; - RAL fissa di €22.000 + variabile di €8.000, per un totale di €30.000 OTE; - un percorso strutturato di formazione, responsabilizzazione e crescita. Al termine dei primi 12 mesi, in caso di conferma e passaggio a un ruolo permanente, prevediamo: - contratto a tempo indeterminato; - compenso a partire da €40.000 OTE, composto da fisso e variabile uncapped, con acceleratori in caso di sovraperformance; - obiettivi commerciali e quota allineati progressivamente al nuovo ruolo. In entrambi i casi, garantiamo: - 100% Full Remote con orari flessibili; - 30 giorni di ferie all'anno; - Fino a 60 giorni all'anno di "workation" all'interno dell'Unione Europea.
