Role Description Reporting to the North America Advanced Applications team, the Advanced Application Engineer (OEM) serves as a trusted technical advisor for OEM partners, customers, Sales Engineers, and Service teams across North America. This is a highly visible role that combines technical consulting, customer engagement, project leadership, and commercial support. You will help customers identify the right solutions, support complex installations, and drive equipment and service growth across strategic accounts. What You'll Do - Partner with OEM customers and sales teams to develop customized technical solutions. - Conduct on-site application assessments and recommend optimal equipment configurations. - Support competitive displacement opportunities and equipment growth initiatives. - Lead complex installations and large-scale deployment projects. - Coordinate cross-functional activities between Sales, Service, Technical Support, and third-party vendors. - Train Sales Engineers on Videojet technologies and core product families. - Support service solution positioning and quoting activities. - Drive customer satisfaction through technical expertise and proactive project management. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Discipline, or equivalent technical experience. - 5+ years of experience supporting industrial equipment, automation, manufacturing technology, or similar products. Coding and Marking experience is a plus. - Customer-facing experience in applications engineering, field service, technical sales, or project management. - Ability to influence cross-functional teams and work collaboratively across Sales and Service organizations. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Project management experience preferred. - Willingness to travel 50–75% across North America. Role Description External Application Readers are responsible for the holistic evaluation of undergraduate admission applications to the university. Readers will work 15-20 hours per week and be responsible for meeting deadlines and adhering to policies in place for application review. All Readers will be expected to attend a virtual Reader training session. - Engage in holistic evaluation of admissions applications to the university and make recommendations on applicants; populations may include domestic, international, honors and other special populations and meet weekly goals for reading and submission. - Review application support documents; these may include transcripts, test scores, letters of recommendation, school profiles, essays. - Calculate course averages for use in application review. - Learn and implement use of technology and data feeds to support application review in designated platforms. - Work independently and handle all data and correspondence confidentially and in alignment with university and state guidelines. - Engage in regular touch bases (progress checks, trainings) with office staff related to reading. - Other duties and projects as assigned and appropriate to rank and unit mission. Qualifications - Associate's degree (foreign equivalent or higher). - One (1) year of full-time professional experience in a high school, college or university setting or setting that demonstrates engagement with the college application process. - Experience in high school counseling and/or teaching, admissions counseling and/or recruitment at the high school or college level. - Proficiency with technology, office software and communication systems. - Bachelor's Degree (foreign equivalent or higher) - Preferred. - Experience in reviewing applications for admissions or scholarships to a Higher Education institution - Preferred. - Experience and knowledge with Higher Education technology CRM platforms - Preferred. • Execute full software development life (SDLC) cycle within an agile environment • Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and highly available infrastructure systems to support business applications and services. • Automate repetitive tasks and processes using scripting and configuration management tools (e.g., Python, Bash, Terraform, Ansible). • Manage cloud-based infrastructure (OpenShift) and optimize resources for reliability, performance, and security. • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime and reliability through proactive alerting, metrics, and incident response. • Collaborate with developers to improve application resilience, deploy code efficiently, and integrate CI/CD pipelines. • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents, document findings, and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime. • Continuously improve system architecture, deployment processes, and tooling to enhance operational efficiency and scalability. • Ensure security best practices are applied across infrastructure, including access controls, network configurations, and compliance requirements. • Effectively communicate to stakeholders and project team members to ensure proper visibility into development efforts • Ability to respond to the customer's tickets and inquiries
