Role Description As a team member within Iowa’s Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health (CEBH), this position will lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality asynchronous, on-demand training courses for behavioral health professionals. This role collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs), program leaders, and state leaders to translate complex behavioral health content into engaging, accessible, and evidence-based learning experiences. A key responsibility of this position includes supporting the development of a statewide behavioral health crisis curriculum training course, ensuring alignment with best practices in crisis response, adult learning principles, and workforce development needs. This is a specific term position with a projected end date of June 30, 2027, with strong likelihood of extension. - This position is eligible to participate in remote work.
