• Establish and manage portfolio governance structures, including meeting cadences, decision forums, and escalation processes • Maintain end-to-end visibility of portfolio health, including milestones, risks, dependencies, and execution progress • Ensure consistent application of SET methodologies, governance standards, and enterprise delivery frameworks across initiatives • Support the definition of program roles, responsibilities, and governance guardrails to promote accountability and alignment • Translate strategic priorities into structured portfolios, execution plans, and prioritized initiatives • Facilitate portfolio intake, prioritization, scoping sessions, and cross-functional planning workshops • Partner with business leaders to ensure initiatives are properly structured, sequenced, and ready for execution • Develop and maintain portfolio management tools, dashboards, trackers, and reporting frameworks • Monitor resource allocation, portfolio demand, initiative status, and execution metrics to support leadership decisions • Track and report on KPIs, execution progress, and value realization across strategic initiatives • Support onboarding to the SET operating model, tools, templates, and governance processes • Coordinate governance meetings, leadership reviews, workshops, and strategic planning sessions • Drive continuous improvement of portfolio processes, governance standards, templates, and playbooks • Support Agile and hybrid delivery models by ensuring alignment between SET methodologies and enterprise execution practices
Job Requirements
- Experience in strategy, portfolio management, program management, PMO, business operations, or a related field
- Strong understanding of portfolio governance, structured delivery methodologies, and operational excellence principles
- Experience managing complex initiatives using portfolio management tools, reporting frameworks, and governance processes
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems into actionable plans
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience supporting executive-level reporting and decision-making
- Experience facilitating workshops, planning sessions, and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across multiple teams
- Familiarity with Agile, hybrid delivery methodologies, or enterprise transformation frameworks is preferred
- Experience in insurance, financial services, consulting, or large-scale transformation programs is a plus
- Exposure to enterprise PMO, Program Operations, or governance functions is highly desirable
