Role Description As a Solutions Specialist - Incentive, you will focus on designing, shaping, and presenting domain specific technology solutions that address customer business and technical requirements. This role centers on solution definition, cost modeling, and value articulation across infrastructure, project, and consulting services. You will work closely with internal solutioning and sales partners and engage directly with customers to translate complex requirements into clear, deliverable solutions. - Develop domain specific solutions that align customer requirements with Kyndryl services and capabilities - Analyze customer business and technical needs and convert them into solution architectures and cost models - Support solution strategy discussions by clearly articulating business value, technical trade offs, and delivery considerations - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather technical inputs, assumptions, and constraints required for proposals - Contribute to bid and proposal development by owning solution documentation and presentations - Participate in customer meetings to explain solution design, scope, and outcomes in practical terms - Support deal progression through solution refinement, risk identification, and handover readiness Qualifications - Minimum of 8+ years of experience in IT service management, IT sourcing, or IT strategy - Experience designing and building technical solutions based on customer requirements - Understanding of IT domains including infrastructure management, cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems - Ability to analyze complex problems and propose scalable, practical solutions - Experience creating solution documentation such as scope definitions, assumptions, and cost models - Experience working with cross functional teams across sales, delivery, and technical practices - Ability to travel up to 50% Requirements - Experience in a consulting or advisory role supporting customer solution design - Knowledge of hybrid and cloud architecture design - Experience supporting sales pursuits through presentations, proposals, or solution workshops Compensation The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $161,520 to $290,760 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement. - California (San Francisco Bay Area): $193,920 to $348,840 - California (All Other): $177,720 to $319,800 - Colorado: $161,520 to $290,760 - Massachusetts: $161,520 to $319,800 - New York City: $193,920 to $348,840 - Washington: $177,720 to $319,800 - Washington DC: $177,720 to $319,800 This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans.
