Senior Manager, Supply Chain Transformation

• Lead cross-site and cross-BU supply chain transformation initiatives aligned to division strategy • Drive centralization efforts across supply planning, sourcing, procurement, and master data • Serve as a key partner to the Sr. Director in defining and executing the transformation agenda • Define and implement the division’s target operating model (roles, structure, decision rights, governance) • Establish clear accountability between site supply chain teams, BU leadership, and global procurement • Drive consistency in how supply chain activities are executed across sites • Align stakeholders across Supply Chain, Global Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Business Units • Act as the bridge between corporate/global functions and site-level execution • Facilitate decision-making across competing site and BU priorities • Develop and deploy standardized processes, tools, and governance across the division • Build playbooks for planning, sourcing, and procurement execution • Elevate supply chain capabilities across sites, particularly in less mature business units • Lead initiatives to centralize and standardize supply chain master data • Partner with IT and digital teams to improve planning and procurement system utilization • Enable visibility and decision-making through improved data quality and reporting • Define and track division-level KPIs (service, inventory, cost, supplier performance) • Drive measurable improvements through transformation initiatives • Establish governance mechanisms to sustain performance and accountability • Drive adoption of standardized processes and ways of working across sites and business units • Establish mechanisms to monitor adoption, identify gaps, and reinforce compliance • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to refine processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and sustain transformation outcomes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field required.
- APICS Certification preferred
- 6 + years of progressive supply chain or procurement experience
- Proven experience leading transformation across multiple sites or business units
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain, including planning, sourcing, and procurement
- Experience operating in a matrixed, global organization

Role Description The Demand Planner applies knowledge of demand forecasting, supply planning and data analytics to balance customer requirements with production and supply capabilities. This individual will build knowledge of organizational systems, product lines and customer trends to create accurate demand plans that optimize inventory and service levels. Analyzes forecasts, sales patterns and market data using standard procedures to identify risks and opportunities. Collaborates with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, Operations and Procurement to support integrated business planning and continuous improvement. Receives moderate guidance in complex planning scenarios but operates independently in routine forecasting and analysis activities. Key Responsibilities - Administers demand planning processes by collecting and analyzing data from sales, marketing and historical trends to develop accurate demand forecasts. - Analyzes somewhat complex sales and inventory data, identifying patterns and trends to inform demand planning decisions. - Applies knowledge of market dynamics to adjust forecasts, considering factors such as promotions, seasonality and economic conditions. - Communicates effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing and supply chain, to ensure alignment on demand forecasts and inventory levels. - Effectively lead monthly SIOP meeting. - Completes regular reports and presentations on demand planning metrics, providing insights and recommendations to management. - Conducts routine meetings with stakeholders to review demand forecasts, address discrepancies, and implement corrective actions as needed. - Configures and maintains demand planning software systems, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity. - Controls data integrity by regularly auditing demand planning inputs and outputs to ensure accuracy and reliability. - Coordinates somewhat complex demand planning activities, balancing the needs of various departments and stakeholders to optimize inventory levels. Role Description The Group Manager Logistics I manages the overall financial, operational and employee aspects of multiple accounts. This individual is responsible for the profitable retention and growth of business within his/her span of control (multiple accounts), while ensuring that financial, employee, safety and customer satisfaction goals are met.
