Recruiter – Functional Service Partnerships

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent across a variety of functions. • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, leveraging proactive sourcing strategies and market intelligence. • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring an outstanding experience for candidates and stakeholders. • Collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to develop targeted recruitment strategies. • Build diverse talent pipelines and drive efficient hiring processes.
Job Requirements
- Advanced Degree plus 3 years, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Proven experience managing recruitment delivery in agency, FSP, or high-volume recruiting environments.
- Recruiting experience supporting life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, clinical research, or related industries.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring targets, quality standards, and service level agreements.
- Strong sourcing expertise utilizing Boolean search techniques, direct sourcing, networking, talent mapping, and social media recruiting strategies.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, provide market insights, and influence hiring decisions.
- Ability to build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms; Workday experience preferred.
- Strong data orientation with experience leveraging recruiting metrics, dashboards, and analytics to drive performance and decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management, consultation, and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly matrixed environment with changing priorities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of employment laws, recruiting compliance requirements, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English required.
