Manager, Creator Strategist Partnerships

• Lead creative concept development for all partner shoots. • Work closely with the performance marketing team to ensure creative is optimised. • Track and review creative performance data to inform future briefs. • Write monthly creator briefs for paid media activations ensuring messaging is on-brand. • Develop YouTube-specific creative briefs. • Own the creative output for key sponsorship properties. • Write podcast briefs. • Provide on-the-ground production support where required. • Maintain a consistent AG1 brand voice and visual identity across all partner touchpoints.
Job Requirements
- 4–7 years in a creative strategy, content, or production role — ideally within a D2C brand, creator economy, or sports/entertainment context.
- Strong brief-writing ability; you can translate a commercial objective into a creative direction.
- Hands-on experience across multiple content formats: social video, long-form YouTube, email, podcast, and live/event content.
- Familiarity with paid media fundamentals.
- Comfortable working with external partners and talent.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple live briefs and production timelines simultaneously.
- A genuine interest in health, performance, and wellness is a bonus.

• Responsible for selling the company's products or services developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts. • Primary responsibility may include finding, generating and developing new distribution partners in order to sell the company's products to end-users • Creates awareness and demand for company products • Pursue sales leads • Lead in visits to existing and new customers • Analyze customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services • Respond to customer enquiries; and conclude sales orders to meet established revenue targets • Innovate / create sales skills and knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customers • Perform supplier audits on site at distributor warehouse locations • Identify and implement efficiency opportunities such as distributor dashboards, etc. • Initiate regular communication with distributors to mitigate shipment errors and discrepancies
