Role Description As a Pharmacy Operations Specialist, you will help support the operational workflows that keep pharmacy and patient care processes running smoothly. Qualifications - Education consistent with pharmacy technician or sterile compounding technician requirements. - At least 3 years of experience in pharmacy operations, inventory management, sterile compounding, or a healthcare operations environment. - Experience supporting medication inventory management, purchasing, dispensing, and medication preparation workflows. - Experience using pharmacy inventory management and dispensing systems. Experience with McKesson Lynx or a similar inventory management system is preferred. - Experience developing, implementing, or maintaining standardized operational processes and workflows. - Experience coordinating drug inventory activities, including inventory tracking, replenishment, reconciliation, and waste reduction.
