• Provide strategic oversight of field operations in NAM region • Lead and coordinate field service operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality customer support • Oversee field operation managers, field engineers, and technicians • Manage service schedules, support customer satisfaction, and drive operational performance across HVDC, FACTS, ACIS and GIS technologies • Drive operational excellence, safety, and quality while fostering accountability • Mentor team to deliver seamless, value-driven service that strengthens long-term customer relationships and business growth • Participate in customer engagement as primary point of escalation and strategic partner • Cross-functional coordination between Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams • Proactively promote EHS and ensure training as per legal requirements • Maintain resource loading and capacity planning
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English and French (desirable)
- 5 years of experience as team manager / Prior field operations experience in Services and operations
- Strong preference for bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical Engineering
- Work exposure to Transmission and Distribution substation engineering for utilities and renewable energy power plants
- Field experience in electrical, mechanical, controls and protection disciplines

Role Description As a Pharmacy Operations Specialist, you will help support the operational workflows that keep pharmacy and patient care processes running smoothly.
