Senior Product Marketing Manager

• Shape and Execute the Market Narrative • Develop differentiated positioning and messaging that clearly communicates the value of Workiva’s Sustainability Management solutions • Shape how we engage sustainability, finance, risk, legal, and compliance buyers, translating complex regulatory, data, and reporting challenges into clear business value • Translate platform capabilities, including AI-enabled innovation, into compelling narratives that resonate across campaigns, content, events, and sales conversations • Bring Workiva’s point of view on sustainability management, connected reporting, ESG data governance, and regulatory disclosure readiness to life across marketing channels • Partner with Product Management to understand roadmap priorities and translate capabilities into market-ready messaging, launch plans, and enablement • Lead high-priority launches, campaigns, enablement, and market insights that strengthen Workiva’s sustainability position • Enable Sales with tools, narratives, and insights that help accelerate pipeline, improve buyer engagement, and increase win rate • Measure the effectiveness of go-to-market activities, using insights to optimize future launches, campaigns, and enablement
Job Requirements
- 6+ years in product marketing, solutions marketing, or related B2B SaaS marketing roles
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, communications, sustainability, or a related field
- Proven experience developing positioning, messaging, launch plans, sales enablement, and go-to-market programs for enterprise software solutions
- Experience with sustainability, ESG, climate, risk, compliance, regulatory reporting, or financial reporting preferred
- Ability to translate complex regulatory, data, workflow, and AI-enabled innovation into compelling, differentiated value
- Demonstrated ability to support pipeline, adoption, customer engagement, and sales effectiveness through go-to-market strategy and enablement
- Strong collaborator with the ability to influence stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams
- Strong understanding of enterprise buyers and the ability to turn customer and market insight into competitive advantage
- Ability to understand and communicate how AI-enabled capabilities create customer value in sustainability management workflows

• Drive the execution and operationalization of systems and tools that support central programs and strategies for the supply side of the business. • Own clear, consistent communication on program progress and roadmap. • Partner with revenue operations, scaled operations, and field teams to define the key support systems and processes needed to keep pace with rapid growth and meet revenue and market development goals. • Support sales, operations, and business teams in driving the right technical implementations for their strategies. • Own the portfolio of technical work, partnering with internal business technology teams and tool vendors to execute on the vision and roadmap while managing day-to-day delivery. • Prioritize team requests and requirements against company and field goals, provide up-to-date visibility into project roadmaps, and escalate issues when needed. • Partner with the right teams to manage data, insights, and reporting from these systems and tools.
