Senior Sales Manager
Nextracker Inc.
• Own and grow strategic customer relationships, managing the full lifecycle from early engagement through deal execution and expansion • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, developing winning strategies in competitive environments • Partner cross-functionally (engineering, finance, legal, operations) to deliver high-quality proposals and commercial solutions • Structure, negotiate, and close large, sophisticated deals that align customer needs with Nextpower’s capabilities • Develop and execute account plans to identify new opportunities and expand long-term partnerships • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM data hygiene • Conduct customer business reviews and act as a trusted advisor on market trends, risks, and opportunities • Collaborate with sales leadership on pricing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives • Manage a team of Sales Analysts/Associates to support our customers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- 12+ years of experience in complex B2B sales (energy or infrastructure preferred)
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel (~35% or as needed)
