• Independently lead the technical bidding process. • Clarify customers' technical requirements with respect to technical, economic, and schedule feasibility. • Develop concepts, system designs, and prepare technical bids with support from specialist departments, taking into account and assessing technical, economic, and schedule-related risks. • Prepare and carry out internal approval processes. • Conduct technical clarifications and negotiations with subcontractors. • Provide technical support to customers. • Contribute to the further development of product and system solutions for customers and identify new application areas.
Job Requirements
- Completed degree in electrical engineering.
- Several years of professional experience in electrical equipment and plant engineering (drive technology, power systems).
- Preferably several years of experience with Voltage Source Inverters, MMC technology, static frequency converters, excitation systems, and system design for variable-speed and conventional pumped-storage applications.
- Ideally proficient in MATLAB, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, or similar simulation tools for designing system components.
- Independent, structured, analytical, and proactive working style.
- Confident and professional manner with excellent communication skills.
- Business-fluent English (written and spoken).
- Willingness and flexibility to travel and undertake assignments abroad.
