Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in retail recruitment at the boutique and corporate levels
  • ability to manage a high requisition count (20+)
  • experience in high-volume recruitment of sales associates preferred
  • digital savviness with ATS, social media, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • ability to work across time zones
  • flexibility to adapt quickly
  • strong presentation skills
