Senior Director – US Spine Supply Chain

• Provide strategic leadership for the end-to-end Spine supply chain, including demand planning, supply planning, manufacturing, inventory management, and distribution • Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned to business growth, product lifecycle management, and commercial priorities • Lead and develop high-performing global and regional teams, fostering accountability, engagement, and succession planning • Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, R&D, Quality, Finance, and Regulatory teams to support new product introductions and lifecycle optimization • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels, reduce cost, improve inventory turns, and strengthen supply resilience • Ensure compliance with all quality, regulatory, and environmental health & safety requirements across the supply chain network • Manage external manufacturing and logistics partners to ensure performance, risk mitigation, and long-term capability • Own supply chain performance metrics and financial outcomes, including budget management and productivity targets • Anticipate and proactively manage supply risks, disruptions, and capacity constraints

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field
  • Typically, 12-14 years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing leadership roles, with significant scope and complexity
  • Proven experience leading large, cross-functional and/or global teams at a senior leadership level
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes in a regulated environment (medical device, pharmaceuticals, or comparable industry)
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence, cost productivity, and service performance
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
  • Travel: Up to 25% of domestic and international travel
  • English required; additional languages preferred
  • APICS/CSCP, CPIM, Lean, Six Sigma (preferred)
