Emerging Tech
• Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, client stakeholders, and partner organizations to support program objectives • Participate in technical design sessions and contribute to solution architecture and implementation • Identify project risks, track issues, and assist with mitigation strategies • Develop and maintain technical documentation, reports, and implementation artifacts • Coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project alignment • Support system enhancements, troubleshooting, testing, and deployment activities • Maintain continuity of operations across multiple program workstreams • Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate within a fast-paced development environment
Job Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Public Trust clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience developing, configuring, or administering ServiceNow applications
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary technical teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
- Preferred Qualifications: Current or previous support of Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) programs, Existing VA network access or active VA Public Trust clearance, Experience supporting federal government or federal healthcare IT programs, Knowledge of Oracle Health (Cerner), electronic health records (EHR), or healthcare system integrations, Experience supporting system integration, operations, cybersecurity, testing, or data management initiatives, Experience working within Agile development environments, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or other relevant ServiceNow certifications

Role Description CACI is seeking a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Integration Engineer supporting the Department of the Air Force (DAF) Enterprise IT as a Service (EITaaS) program. Role Description RedSky is seeking a highly qualified ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a critical technical role, primarily remote with periodic onsite support required in Chantilly, VA and Bluemont, VA.
