• Act as the financial point of contact with suppliers and last-mile partners, clarifying questions and aligning billing flows; • Perform the monthly provisioning of costs related to the company’s internet and telecommunications connections; • Receive, review and validate in detail invoices (NF) and payment slips (boletos) sent by commercial partners; • Serve as an internal liaison, forwarding and supporting validated documents to the Tax and Accounting teams; • Ensure strict adherence to internal deadlines for payments; • Conduct discrepancy analysis, identifying any variances between provisioned and billed amounts and taking corrective action with suppliers.

• Define corporate technical standards and minimum infrastructure requirements, establishing reference architectures aligned with high availability levels (e.g., Tier III); • Ensure infrastructure projects support operational continuity, business growth and mitigation of systemic risks; • Develop and evolve guidelines aimed at reducing carbon footprint, improving energy efficiency and promoting the rational use of resources; • Lead PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) improvement initiatives and technological transitions to lower-environmental-impact solutions, such as Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries; • Structure and maintain the corporate infrastructure performance indicator (KPI) framework; • Use market benchmarking to set targets for efficiency, power density, physical occupancy and operational resilience; • Evaluate technology trends, management tools (DCIM) and new architectural models that reduce TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and extend asset life; • Act as an innovation driver, balancing technological maturity, operational risk and financial return; • Conduct medium- and long-term capacity planning, anticipating bottlenecks and saturation points before they reach critical levels (e.g., above 93% load); • Support decisions on expansion, reinforcement or load redistribution based on technical data and growth projections.

• Act as the primary focal point and guardian of all business rules and SAP configurations; • Gather business requirements from internal areas, translating requests into solutions and configurations in SAP and ERP environments; • Serve as the interface and communicator between business areas and technical/development teams, ensuring alignment and delivery of solutions; • Ensure the quality, standardization, and governance of functional documentation, minimizing errors and rework; • Document processes, configurations, and system changes, keeping the knowledge base up to date; • Develop complex test scenarios and oversee end-to-end user acceptance testing with Key Users (UAT); • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization in processes and integrated financial cycles.

• Atuar em projetos de implementação, expansão, sustentação e otimização de redes IP de médio e grande porte; • Participar ativamente do desenho e evolução da arquitetura de rede interna, buscando topologias escaláveis, resilientes e operacionalmente eficientes; • Escrever, revisar e aplicar configurações complexas em roteadores e switches, além de orientar tecnicamente equipes internas e terceiros durante janelas de manutenção; • Configurar, administrar e prover suporte de último nível a equipamentos multi-vendor (Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, etc.); • Atuar diretamente com protocolos de roteamento e transporte de serviços (iBGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, LDP, RSVP ou *Segment Routing*); • Apoiar o desenvolvimento e a integração do backbone IP/MPLS com as redes metropolitanas, de agregação e de acesso; • Administrar ambientes de BNG/BRAS, controlando a conectividade de assinantes, autenticação, roteamento, políticas de serviço e integração com RADIUS; • Liderar e contribuir em projetos de CGNAT, expansão de pools, roteamento interno, integração com BNGs, guarda de logs e sustentação operacional; • Realizar *troubleshooting* avançado em incidentes complexos de rede (loops, perda de pacote, latência, assimetria, falhas de convergência e indisponibilidades); • Planejar, homologar e acompanhar mudanças técnicas críticas e migrações em ambiente produtivo; • Utilizar ferramentas de monitoramento, análise de tráfego (NetFlow/sFlow/IPFIX), telemetria e captura de pacotes para diagnóstico e prevenção de falhas; • Trabalhar de forma integrada com Engenharia, NOC, Segurança e parceiros técnicos, assegurando a estabilidade, padronização e qualidade da rede.

• Monitor procurement portals daily (Comprasnet, BLL and state/municipal portals); • Review tender notices and verify qualification requirements and capacity to meet demands; • Prepare commercial proposals for participation in bidding processes; • Prepare and organize all qualification documentation; • Register and track participation on bidding platforms; • Participate in electronic auctions (pregões eletrônicos); • Submit supplementary documentation when requested; • Monitor all stages of the bidding process; • Prepare clarifications, formal objections/challenges and administrative appeals; • Strictly meet legal and internal deadlines; • Proactively report risks, impediments and non-conformities; • Liaise with commercial and technical teams when necessary; • Maintain contracts (renewals, price adjustments, minutes/records, among others); • Manage the client journey from prospecting through contract termination, including procurement, administrative and legal aspects; • Meet established targets and deadlines.

• Direct, decisive customer support: Serve as the technical entry point for ISP customers, diagnosing and resolving issues without the need for basic escalation. • Keep customers informed about the status of critical incidents in a clear, empathetic and professional manner. • Network troubleshooting: Identify and resolve connectivity failures, latency issues and packet loss in transport and IP transit environments. • Routing configuration and adjustments: Perform maintenance and tuning of BGP and OSPF protocols, and configure VLANs, QinQ and tunnels.
