• Provide preconstruction support during project approval phase, provide historical cost data, assist in development of annual contractor purchase orders • Manage internal project budget / schedule of values within project management software, for monthly financial reporting on multiple New Builds and Retrofit projects on campus • Manage external project budget and communications within external project management software including commitment management, change management, document control, etc. • Manages monthly forecasts and cash flows, understand forecast variances, develop monthly executive reports • Manage monthly vendor invoice review process within invoicing software, including project management review, 3rd party auditing services, and communication with Accounts Payable • Responsible for accurate quarterly accrual reporting for all existing PO's on campus, including communication with vendors and Finance • Facilitate change order routing and review processes within project management software, content analysis, and executive approval as required • Review project financial health with management team each month (via dashboards, budget software, schedule comparisons, productivity reports, etc.) • Management of Internal and Contractor Risk Register update & contingency evaluation • Financial closeout of internal budgets, Vendor POs, etc. • Work closely with Site Scheduler to compare financial forecasts and risks are in alignment with schedule updates • Assistance with programmatic initiatives, training, and alignment opportunities • Line manages approximately 3-5 staff overseeing multiple data center locations • QAQC all deliverables and ensure all timelines are met • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.

• Be accountable for meeting or exceeding an established OP plan • Develop and execute commercial strategy for sales of stability solutions for data centers in North America Market, including BESS (storage solutions), EMS, Medium Voltage UPS • Own the accurate forecasting of orders and convertible orders for your account package and reflect that in Salesforce.com • Manage relationships on day-to-day basis and provide transactional support. • Coordinate with selected GE Vernova businesses sales personnel across the region to implement joint account strategies and close synergy orders • Develop and execute an overall growth strategy with integrated plays for GE across the region • Develop strategic customer relationships with key decision makers in support of the sales team’s strategic direction, including power developers/Data Center Developers/Independent Power Producers and co-locators • Drive identification, prospecting and creation of new sales opportunities • Support your customers in sales activities and provide assistance to them in identifying new opportunities • Coordinate activities and provide leadership to establish individual sales strategies obtaining appropriate approvals for pricing and delivery • Negotiate contracts as required • Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitive actions, product needs, and customer base • Work with Marketing to develop project specific sales strategies for assigned customers • Provide feedback to the leadership team to drive continued growth • Manage expenses within a given budget • Own the accounts in region; responsible for maintaining relationships at all levels of organization; developing and monitoring growth plans; marketing programs; training • Manage, maintain, and grow accounts in region to achieve quarterly and yearly quotas • Ensure GE-provided leads are followed-up and convert to orders. • Enforce global compliance standards; collaborate with compliance manager to perform due diligence activities. • Provide market feedback, competitive intelligence and hit-rate information to business and sales leadership.

• Applies relevant components of the project protocol to daily tasks and directs others on how to apply to their daily tasks. • Acts as an interdepartmental and client liaison for all DM study activities. • Produces project-specific status reports for management, Project Lead and/or clients on a regular basis. • Monitors and analyzes study metrics and escalates per the organization's risk management processes. • May participate in business development activities by assisting with bid preparation and representing data management at bid defense meetings, where required. • Assists with project forecasting of hours and identification of resource requirements. • Assists with the oversight of project budgets including identification of potential out of scope work and participation in the Contract Modification process. • Leads, high volume/highly complex studies. • Independently leads and delegates tasks to ensure timely completion of project activities to project timelines, quality and budget. • Mentors junior level staff on all associated tasks within a study. • Assists with administrative and financial oversight for allocated projects. • Communicates with management regarding all data management activities within their studies.
