Senior SAP IS-U Consultant, Customer Service
Inetum
• Work on contract and customer service processes in SAP IS-U. • Support the design, implementation, and validation of commercial processes. • Work with contracts, master data, installations/premises, consumer units, and customer relationship management. • Support processes related to service orders, notifications, and customer support. • Perform functional analysis, configuration/parameterization, testing, and business support. • Support integrations with external platforms such as Salesforce, SAP PM, AMI, and other systems. • Participate in integrated testing, acceptance/homologation, cutover, and go-live activities.
Job Requirements
- Solid experience with SAP IS-U Customer Service / Contracts.
- Knowledge of commercial/business processes in utilities.
- Experience with contracts, customer service, master data, and service orders.
- Experience in SAP IS-U implementation projects.
- Knowledge of integrations with external systems and related SAP modules.
- Good communication, organizational skills, and the ability to interact with business stakeholders.
- English and/or Spanish.
- Preferred: experience with SAP S/4HANA Utilities, experience in the electric/power sector, knowledge of Salesforce, knowledge of SAP PM and AMI, and basic ABAP/debugging skills.
