Role Description We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Procurement Manager, Villas to lead the growth, evolution, and scaling of Kensington’s global villa portfolio within the Ultraluxe ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Director of Villas, this role will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing a high-quality, globally competitive villa portfolio, while leading the integration of villas across Kensington’s villa platform and broader Ultraluxe ecosystem. Sitting at the intersection of procurement, product strategy, and commercial performance, this role will own key supplier relationships, define sourcing strategy, and manage the structure and positioning of the villa portfolio across multiple tiers. The successful candidate will ensure the portfolio is competitive, scalable, and aligned with Kensington’s Ultraluxe standards, while balancing both growth and margin. This role goes beyond traditional procurement. It requires someone who can build and manage supplier relationships, define strategic direction, and lead the integration of villas across product, platform, and operations.
