About the Role We are looking for a QA Analyst to join our distributed QA team in a role centered on production deployment support. You will be the quality gate during live platform releases across multiple systems, working closely with developers and delivery teams to validate that every deployment lands cleanly. Beyond deployments, you will contribute to day-to-day QA across our platforms: writing test cases, running API tests, and reporting defects with precision. Key Responsibilities - Own QA sign-off during live production deployments, providing real-time validation and clear go/no-go communication to the delivery team - Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers to understand requirements and define test strategies ahead of release - Write and maintain well-structured test cases and test plans in Xray - Report defects in Jira with clear reproduction steps, environment context, and expected vs. actual outcomes - Conduct API testing in Postman, including pre-request scripts and environment configuration - Use SQL queries to validate data and support backend testing Must-haves: - 4+ years in software QA with a track record of owning quality end-to-end - Demonstrated experience supporting or participating in production deployments; you are calm, methodical, and decisive under time pressure - Strong API testing skills using Postman or similar tools, including pre-request script authoring - Solid working knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend test support - Clear, precise written communication; your defect reports do not leave developers guessing - Comfortable working independently within a distributed team - BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Nice to have: - Familiarity with Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript) or Selenium WebDriver; our automation landscape is evolving, and exposure here is an asset Technologies & Tools we use: Postman, Jira, Xray, SQL Server, Azure, Chrome DevTools We provide a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. About the Role Reporting to the Senior Director of Partner Relations, the Senior Manager of Partner Relations for DMC will play a key role in building and growing partnerships with Destination Management Company (DMC) partners in key markets across the globe. This role is primarily focused on DMC competitiveness analysis, and ensuring favorable commercial terms and long term relationships with DMCs. In addition, this role will lead the evaluation and procurement of the right connectivity solutions between DMCs and Range Group. The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with DMC partners and Connectivity Partners to secure optimal pricing and inventory, while working with internal stakeholders to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and enhance product value. This role is critical in shaping commercial outcomes and maximizing value from our activities offerings.
